The great thing about Sky cards, is that they can help you save money on your Sky bill, including TV, broadband and Sky Talk.

If you want to use Sky cards to get money off your Sky bill, you have to follow a simple procedure:

1. redeem your SkyPoints in the usual way;
2. find and tick the box to gift the redemption to the Sky account holder;
3. provide the recipients details;
4. SkyPoints will be deducted from your Sky Card account;
5. gift will be applied to Sky holders' account.

As to information on when your interest free period on balance transfers and purchases ends on your Sky cards, you will need to read the Terms and Conditions that come with your card.

Sky charges a late payment fee if your payment does not clear in time, or is not received by the due date. Clearing times and due dates are detailed on the back of the credit card statement.

Thirdly, if people do not receive their monthly Sky card statement, what should they do. Your account can be viewed online, but also check that your personal details are correct, and that there are no delivery problems, because the statements are issued automatically every month.

Fourthly, what do I do if I forget my PIN? You will not be able to make purchases, or say get money from a cash machine. If this happens, then you will need to contact Sky Card Customer Services.
